Dr. Anthony Chou, Vice President of CTE, delivered a speech titled “How the circular economy works with used EV batteries” at Battery Technical Forum on Jan. 19th 2017. He announced in the forum that CTE technique is capable of determining the SOH (State of Health) and SOL (State of Life) of used EV battery in a minute with max. 10% error.
